This means
that the consultants who meet with clients at the beginning
of a project are exactly the same professionals who then work
on the project, designing the work themselves, overseeing it
throughout its course and eventually, delivering the analyses.
We can do this because we only have senior professionals as
consultants.
Furthermore, ThreeSixtyOne
will never introduce to clients any consultants who will not
have an active and direct role in the work to be done. Thus,
clients will never be subjected to any incidents of "bait
n' switch", that situation in which Top Guns are just rolled
out for key presentations while the real work is actually done
by lesser-experienced juniors. Albeit under "close"
supervision.
