ThreeSixtyOne
is always interested in expanding its ranks and therefore, welcomes
applications from qualified professionals. Our minimum requirements,
however, are:
• Malaysian
citizenship
• Strategic
decision-making experience for a medium or large organization
• Ten
years of working experience in a single industry, culminating
in a senior management role
• An
advanced degree from a recognized university
• Mastery
of spoken and written English
From our experience, most applicants to ThreeSixtyOne
have been more-than-qualified according to the above criteria.
However, when assessing whether that individual might actually
fit in or not, we apply a simple 3-Question Test which though
unscientific in appearance, has served us well so far. |
