Our interviewing
consultants work to consider whether an applicant is:
1. someone they would really look forward to working with,
every day hence,
2. someone who can really be relied upon to get the right job
done well,
3. someone who can be trusted as a business partner, colleague
and friend.
We also then ask the applicant to assess the interviewing consultants
based on the same criteria.
For both parties, this is a '3-out-of-3' standard. Unfortunately,
while applicants tend to be enthusiastic and usually claim that
our interviewing consultants score 3-out-of-3, a good number
of those same applicants often fail at this stage of selection.
