Isn't ThreeSixtyOne
just another market research company?
It's true that much of what ThreeSixtyOne
does is steeped in market research. But then all
projects require sound, background information if they are to
proceed effectively. People just don't necessarily consider
questions and investigation to be 'research'. However, just
as a medical doctor shouldn't be just a prescriber of pills,
neither are ThreeSixtyOne's
consultants just reporters of research findings. The depth and
breadth of experience of ThreeSixtyOne's
consultants allows them to better understand feedback and most
importantly, to then expertly recommend action.
Why
does ThreeSixtyOne say that
it reserves the right to refuse to work with certain clients
or on certain projects?
There are three reasons for this: firstly, because we believe
our clients should receive our fullest attention, we will decline
to bid when our staff are stretched and thus, likely to short-change
our clients because of time pressures. Furthermre,
our consultants came aboard at ThreeSixtyOne
because they wanted some balance in their
lives - they no longer wanted to live on planes, working 16
hours a day, six-and-a-half days a week, whatever the theoretical
remuneration might be. |
