If and when
a consultant feels that he or she is slipping back into the
old ways, they are fully empowered to decline a project without
consulting the management or ownership of ThreeSixtyOne
. Secondly, while we respect all companies' right
to pursue whatever legal line of business they excel in, there
are certain enterprises that ThreeSixtyOne
chooses not to assist through its business enhancement
consulting services. Gambling (or 'gaming' as it is more commonly
referred to) is one such business. Finally, there are some clients
who aren't actually interested in a legitimate project. They
just want to engage a consultancy which will do only what that
they are told because they're trying to prove a preconceived
point within their own organization. Fortunately, these are
few but once a year at least, we'll come across one. We find
ourselves ethically, unable to pursue further discussions with
those kinds of clients.
Isn't
ThreeSixtyOne at a disadvantage
when put up against multinational consultancies?
When clients
compare ThreeSixtyOne on
its core competencies, ThreeSixtyOne
actually inevitably comes out ahead. Nevertheless,
some clients still prefer to work with foreign advisors, and
with multinationals which are publicly-listed in London or New
York, and which lay claim to offices all around the world.
