This is entirely the prerogative of those clients. However, what benefit exactly does a representative office in Eastern Europe or Latin America bring to the average Malaysian company? We are hard-pressed to think of one, especially when it is the quality of staff in Kuala Lumpur that is the key to a successful project.

Absolutely not! Because we choose to publicly wave the flag does not mean we are prejudiced. We don't even think about hiring xenophobic, anti-globalization Malays, no matter how their credentials might shine!
