QUALITY ASSURANCE
1 / 2 / 3

Because of our limit on the number of projects that each ThreeSixtyOne consultant is allowed to handle, and because we do not force each consultant to account financially for each of their working hours, our team members are always more than willing to brainstorm about a colleague's project. They actually have professional curiosity which fuels the quality of their contribution.

As far as the rest of our work process is concerned, we have found that a rigid system of checks by a quality-accreditation system is actually applicable to only a part of our business, the collection and processing of raw data for one of our market studies

As it is, our own fieldwork control guidelines mandate that:
33% of our field interviews are back-checked and verified - we have found that interviewers these days are less likely to completely fabricate an interview than they are to shortcut it. They make certain assumptions for the respondent, filling in the occasional answer which might be logical given the circumstances. Or they rush through a complex interview so that the respondent has little time to answer as intended.
