of our completed questionnaires are edited - this means every
question answered is checked for veracity and logic. If a question
is raised about how a respondent might have illogically answered
a query in any of our studies, all the questionnaires submitted
by that particular interviewer are immediately pulled and checked
for problems. If any issues are raised about some of the other
questionnaires, then a sample of the interviews are back-checked
with the actual respondents themselves. If it is found that
the interviewer deliberately caused errors through falsification
of data, all related questionnaires are rejected and the interviewer's
services will be automatically terminated.
Though
we believe we already have some of the highest quality controls,
we will continue to introduce new supervisory
guidelines.
