Every now and again, ThreeSixtyOne's
consultants will encounter a company which has been particularly
effective in some aspect of its customer-targetted performance.
To acknowledge that feat, we have our own pat-on-the-back and
thumbs-up corner based completely on our own everyday experiences.
Note: all the anecdotes mentioned here are the result of our
consultants' encounters. Thus, none of the services mentioned
here appear as paid advertising by the named company, though
necessarily, that company was consulted prior to it being mentioned
on this website.

2002, MCL Direct (authorized agents for Lexmark printers and
supplies) - with the failure of one of our colour printers,
the machine was taken back to the primary agent for repair.
They identified the problem as a faulty printer cartridge and
pledged that any time any Lexmark printer cartridge might not
be functioning to expectations, they would exchange it for a
brand new one. No questions asked, no receipts required, no
original boxes. |
